Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef to lead the kitchen operations at our flagship cafe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu execution, food preparation, kitchen management, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service flow.
Prepare and cook cafe menu items (desserts, snacks, light meals, beverages, etc.) according to recipes and standards.
Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency across all dishes.
Manage kitchen inventory, food costing, and minimize wastage.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with SFA standards.
Supervise and train kitchen assistants or part-timers where required.
Collaborate with management on menu development, seasonal items, and promotions.
Support special events or catering when needed (e.g., corporate or festive parties).

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cafe, pastry, or restaurant kitchens.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, plating, and storage.
Passionate about quality and innovation in food presentation.
Able to work independently and handle pressure during peak hours.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours & Benefits
Working Hours: 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM
Work Week: 6 days per week
Salary Range: $3,500 - $4,500/month (based on experience)
