Assist in daily food preparation and ensure all dishes are prepared according to company standards and recipes.
Verify that prepared food meets required quality, taste, and presentation standards before serving.
Adhere strictly to workplace safety, food hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, appliances, and tools in a safe and proper manner.
Prepare and cook customer orders efficiently while minimizing food wastage.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and food preparation areas.
Ensure compliance with SFA's mandatory food hygiene standards and workplace regulations.
Support dishwashing and general cleaning duties when required.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in F&B / kitchen operations preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and quality control.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physically and mentally fit, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
