Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook meals according to menu standards Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene are maintained Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed Supervise and train kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Chef or Cook (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills * Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
