Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with health codes.
Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes.
Monitor food stock and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely replenishment.
Work as part of a team to ensure timely food preparation and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.
Assist food preparation (chopping, washing, marinating)
Helps in plating and garnishing dishes
Maintains kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and chinese cuisines .
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
