Job responsibilities
- Should be well-versed Chinese Sze Chuan ,Dongbei cusines
- Responsible for food preparation and cook dishes according to standard s of quality and recipes
- Ensure food handing with hygiene are in accordance with NEA standards
- Closely work with restaurant staff
- maintain proper stock for smooth running of daily operation
- keep kitchen and equipment clean and good condition
