Job Description

The role and responsibilities of the Production Planner/ Supervisor & Pastry Chef includes:

1. Supervises the daily operations of the food production function to ensure that production targets are met and food products meet required production standards. 2. Responsible for smooth production operations within the plant, and ensures adequate inventories of raw materials, manpower and other resources required. 3. Oversees and makes regular reports on production outputs, yields, equipment issues and downtime, and staff overtime, to update the management on production performance issues. 4. Manage process workflow. 5. Operationalise new and customised product manufacturing 6. Able to withstand long standing hours and high temperature, hot kitchen conditions. 7. Able to carry heavy loads of 20KG or more. 8. Shows diligence, hard work and dedication especially during peak periods. Able to withstand the long hours and kitchen conditions during these times. 9. Able to work Overtime (OT) especially during peak periods. 10. Knows all the SKUs of the company within three months to six months. 12. Maintain hygiene safety and standards. 13. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and products 14. Any ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by your superiors.
