We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, from food preparation and cooking to maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Develop and create new menus and seasonal specials. Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste. Ensure all dishes meet consistent quality, taste, and presentation standards. Uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a positive and efficient environment.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Chef Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent understanding of health and safety standards (e.g., HACCP). Creative menu development skills and a passion for culinary excellence. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
