Job description:

  • Responsible for the preparation of dishes according to recipes.
  • Ensure that kitchen operates in a timely manner.
  • Overall hygiene and food safety.
  • Follow SOP and company policies.
  • Monitor and record inventory, and order stocks.
  • Support junior employees as and when needed.
  • Train new employees.

Job Requirement:
  • At least 1 year of kitchen experience.
  • Have a valid food and hygiene certificate.
Working hours: 9 hours/ day, 5 days/ week. (must be able to commit on weekends) Working locations: Punggol / Serangoon / Selegie / Greenwood / Holland Village / East Coast Road.
