Responsible for the preparation of dishes according to recipes.
Ensure that kitchen operates in a timely manner.
Overall hygiene and food safety.
Follow SOP and company policies.
Monitor and record inventory, and order stocks.
Support junior employees as and when needed.
Train new employees.

At least 1 year of kitchen experience.
Have a valid food and hygiene certificate.
Working hours: 9 hours/ day, 5 days/ week. (must be able to commit on weekends) Working locations: Punggol / Serangoon / Selegie / Greenwood / Holland Village / East Coast Road.
