Prepare and cook/bake food such as (pizza, pasta, appetizers (salads/deep fried sides), sauces/dressings, grill seafood/meat) or as directed by the chef in charge and in accordance with company standards.
Operate pizza oven, induction stove
Maintain food hygiene, portion control and presentation standards.
Proper disposal and storage of all food items and waste.
Ensure and maintain inventory/stock are in order/sufficient.
Keep up with fast pace environment.
High energy and a strong passion for serving good food.
5.5 days work week. 1.5 days rest day.
Able to work, weekends and public holidays.
Able to communicate with superiors/management when necessary.
