Job Description
Job Scope:
- Prepare and cook/bake food such as (pizza, pasta, appetizers (salads/deep fried sides), sauces/dressings, grill seafood/meat) or as directed by the chef in charge and in accordance with company standards.
- Operate pizza oven, induction stove
- Maintain food hygiene, portion control and presentation standards.
- Proper disposal and storage of all food items and waste.
- Ensure and maintain inventory/stock are in order/sufficient.
- Keep up with fast pace environment.
- High energy and a strong passion for serving good food.
- 5.5 days work week. 1.5 days rest day.
- Able to work, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to communicate with superiors/management when necessary.
