Salary: MYR 5,000 to MYR 10,000 Monthly (Varies on Experience)We are looking for: Senior Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) EngineerAs a Senior CMP Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, optimization, and implementation of CMP processes and techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest quality output while minimizing costs.Key Responsibilities

• CMP Process Advancement:

Take the lead in advancing and optimizing CMP processes for cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing.

• Tool and Equipment Evaluation:

Assess and choose the most suitable CMP tools and equipment, ensuring they align with performance and budgetary criteria.

• Process Analysis:

Perform comprehensive process characterization and performance assessments to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

• Continuous Enhancement:

Spearhead initiatives for ongoing improvement, enhancing CMP process efficiency, yield, and reliability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate seamlessly with R&D, process engineering, and production teams to facilitate the smooth transfer and integration of technology into production lines.

• Thorough Documentation:

Maintain meticulous records of process specifications, modifications, and outcomes.

• Quality Assurance:

Vigilantly uphold stringent quality control standards to ensure the consistency and dependability of CMP processes.

• Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve any challenges or problems related to CMP processes, equipment, or materials.

• Safety and Regulatory Compliance:

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements governing CMP engineering processes.Ideal candidate

• Minimum 2 years\' CMP experience.
• Hands-on experience with CMP polishing equipment, including equipment operation, optical metrology, profilometry, common polishing slurries, and polishing pads.
• Profound understanding of polishing mechanisms for dielectric and metal CMP.
