JOB DESCRIPTION 1. To supervise and coordinate routine work within his / her area assigned responsibility. 2. He/ she is also required to work on projects assigned to immediate supervisor, and eventually able to provide recommendations in project attachments and lead/ coordinate activities in assigned projects. 3. To support and work on any lab continuous improvement project within the timeline given 4. To train/ coach Lab Analysts if required on routine testing 5. He/ She may be required to perform laboratory testing when necessary. 6. To support and perform lab investigation for any exception arise REQUIREMENTS
