- Work within existing technical relationships in Australia and abroad with both our customers and suppliers.
- R & D in building and expanding on our own internal chemistries.
- Hands on approach working both in the blend plant and laboratory.
- Provide technical support to our customers and resellers.
- A history in petrochemicals but what is essential is a strong passion for lubricants.
- Someone with experience in a major oil company or additive company would be an advantage.
- Post graduate or someone studying chemistry PHD. The person needs to have an interest in mechanics / mechanical engineering.
- Development into the Chief Chemist role
- Several long term incentives to keep the person here for 10+ years.
- Provide training across all platforms.
- In time, lead product development.
