Define and execute multi-year digital and ICT strategies aligned with organisational priorities
Drive the shift from legacy/on-premise systems to modern, cloud-based platforms
Champion a product-led approach, ensuring digital solutions enhance customer and citizen experience
Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic direction and resolve complex challenges
Build and mentor high-performing teams, empowering talent to innovate and deliver at scale
Oversee large-scale ICT operations while ensuring cost efficiency, resilience, and security
Act as a bridge between technology, business, and policy stakeholders to deliver end-to-end outcomes
What We're Looking For
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
20+ years of ICT experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven success in leading digital transformation and product development at scale
Strong track record in cloud adoption, platform modernisation, and enterprise architecture
Experience managing large teams (10+), with the ability to inspire and develop talent
Commercial acumen: able to balance cost optimisation, revenue impact, and P&L considerations
Hands-on curiosity; comfortable rolling up sleeves to understand products, code, or emerging tech
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
