Job Responsibilities: Financial Strategy Develop value-creating capital structure and dividend policy recommendations Negotiate and execute all major financial transactions, including borrowing, share issuance and share repurchases Financial Management Ensure achievement of corporate goals and objectives on financial, cost, margins with KPIs on Revenue, EBITDA, PBT, PAT, EPS, ROE Ensure effective and efficient management of the Treasury function Develop the Enterprise Risk Framework Enable the efficient and effective governance of significant risks and related opportunities undertaken by the Group. Risks can be categorized as strategic, reputational, operational, financial or compliance-related Develop risk management strategies and implement policies and processes for reporting of incidents/near misses with or without potential legal liabilities Work with COO and Country Heads to reduce the risks and potential liabilities of the Group Group Legal & Company Secretarial Oversee legal contracts pertaining to the businesses of the Group, e.g. leases, M&A, government regulations, licenses, intellectual properties and trademarks Ensure adherence to legal obligations of the Group Manage legal liabilities and suits Oversee company and group company secretarial function Investor Relations (in conjunction with outsourced IR/PR firm) Design and manage strategy for communicating the key elements of the Company's plans and performance to investors and financial community Job Requirement: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or any related discipline Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience
