The Company
Our client is in the Energy industry and currently looking to hire a highly driven CFO with solid experience in Corporate Finance and Project Finance to oversee a global portfolio.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Corporate Finance and Project Finance
- Experience in managing commercial and contract negotiations
- Required: Industry experience from Energy/ Renewable Energy/ Power/ Utilities sectors
- Highly driven individual with the willingness to be hands-on, a strong team player, resilient, resourceful, positive and has excellent stakeholder management skills
- Thrives in challenging environment, agile and comfortable with ambiguity
- Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants
Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, you will play a key role as a strategic business partner to the commercial and operational leaders, at the same time overseeing the finance operations. You will support in driving growth/ profitability of businesses across the region, in addition to involvement in financial accounting & reporting, planning & budgetary control, cash flow management, treasury and tax activities. A key area of focus will be on Corporate Finance and Project Finance.
You will partner commercial and business development to provide strategic financial inputs on new business initiatives, as well as support in commercial and contract negotiations. You will analyze and provide financial guidance, establish cash flow analysis to manage financing requirements, as well as build and maintain strong external institutional and banking relationships. You will also be involved in due diligence process to identify / evaluate business targets and maximize business scalability.
