Chief Financial Officer (Supply Chain Fintech)

Our client is a financing expertise and digital technology to channel capital to vendors. This is an exciting opportunity for CFO to support growth strategy through effective identification and execution of potential M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and joint ventures Responsibilities

• Work closely with leadership team to formulate near, medium and long-term financial plans and be responsible for executing company's financial & tax strategies
• Oversee the development and implementation of financial procedures and accounting process
• Manage FP&A and oversee the budgeting and forecasting, cashflow and regulatory reporting efforts to ensure efficient and productive financial operations
• Lead corporate fundraising strategy and investor relation activities
• Identify process as well as through strategic investment/divestment processes to ensure commercial objective are being met while ensuring best in class execution
• Oversee M&A, strategic investments and fund raising and manage the corporate development and investor relations team
• Oversee all audit and internal control operations, review operational risk and engage regulators and local authorities while ensuring full adherence to local regulations
• Ensure timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly basis

Requirements

• 
  MBA or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, qualified CPA, CA or CFA. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the finance industry and managing a team is a must with examples of when they have cohesive ability at interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. They must be able to engage with staff at all levels of the organisation and exercise sound judgement, analytical mind with a strategic ability

• The candidate must have proven CFO with strong in financial analysis and forecasting, In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices in key markets such as China would be preferable

• You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgement, work independently and have initiative mindset.
