Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and audit processes.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors for business planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Manage banking relationships, corporate financing, and investment initiatives.
- Monitor cost control, contract performance, and financial risk management across business units.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to optimize project margins and capital utilization.
- Drive digitalization and process improvement within the finance function (e.g. ERP systems, automation).
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic business environment.
