Job Summary:

• Company background: Association
• Working location: Central
• Working days & hrs: 5 days work ; Monday to Friday office hours
• Salary range: up to S$ 14,000 (dep on exp)

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational financial related activities to support all department activities and supporting the following committees in Audit and Finance related matters
• Formulates yearly budget and discuss with management level and Committee for Council\'s approval
• Responsible for Financial analysis and highlights of financial information
• Liaise with external audit and tax auditors to ensure compliance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) reporting requirements and tax submissions to IRAS.
• Executes all Finance Committee investment decisions on excess cash.
• Drive a risk management culture and compliance with the PDPA and promote user awareness on data protection and cybersecurity threats within the Association.
• Responsible for IT Security & Infrastructure and Data Protection to ensure its quality, secured information technology services and maintain high standards on data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
• Good knowledge and well versed in accounting practices imposed by SGX
• Relevant working experiences in financial institution, issuer background or servicing relevant industry.
