Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Position OverviewThe CFO & COO is a senior leadership role that reports to the Chief Financial Officer International Finance and is accountable to the President APAC. The role is responsible for coordinating the strategic planning and development of the APAC businesses, including networks, streaming, content licensing and consumer products and ensuring alignment with the global Theatrical vision and ambitions.The role is also responsible for the financial management, analysis and reporting of the APAC businesses, providing strategic and commercial insights, whilst driving operational excellence and efficiency. The CFO & COO is a key leader for the President APAC and a partner for the APAC management team, the global Finance organisation, and other global functions such as DTC, Tech, Procurement, etc. The role is involved in business development and M&A activities, as well as integration and coordination of operational functions.Key ResponsibilitiesChief Financial OfficerDevelop a deep understanding of the business and own the financial results of APACProvide unbiased partnership and ensure business opportunities are pursued and executed efficiently and effectivelyDevelop strategic and financial insights from disciplined and innovative analyticsWork as a member of a cross-functional APAC leadership team to achieve financial targetsOwn the monthly financial review and performance analysis of the APAC businessesDrive results through managing and executing strategic priorities and operational initiativesManage and develop a high-performing team of Finance leadersMaintain robust and integrated operational and long-term models and associated analyticsMaintain budgeting & forecasting financial processes and support strategic financial planning for APAC businessesLead the continuous improvement of WBD\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities working closely with the corporate FP&A team as well as accountingChief Operational OfficerPartner with President APAC to articulate a clear strategic plan for the business and the consumer offering, in collaboration with APAC management team, Global Streaming and other international stakeholdersLead and execute against key strategic priorities and operational initiatives across the APAC region to drive efficiencies and growth opportunitiesPlay a key leadership role in business development and work in close collaboration with Commercial Strategy and Corporate Development on inorganic growth opportunities aligned to the strategic planPartner with the President APAC to lead and coordinate inter-dependencies with WBD\xe2\x80\x99s global functions (Theatrical, Tours & Retail, GTE etc.)Core KPIsRevenue, Costs, AOIBDA & Free Cash Flow relating to APACShared KPIs: Advertising and Affiliate Distribution Revenue, Content Sales Revenue, Cost, AOIBDA, Free Cash Flow, Streaming Revenue, Subscriber Acquisition, Churn/Retention, SAC and some costsProfile (The essentials)Extensive experience in financial management, analysis and reporting, and business planning, with strong strategic, analytical and finance skillsPrevious experience leading FP&A and related teams developing strategic insights and analytics in a consumer facing, digital business requiredExperience in the media business, including streamingAmbitious and wants to winProject management leading and executing against diverse operational projects from beginning to endExperience with corporate development, leading both organic and inorganic growth strategiesComfort with data-based decision-making and managing KPIsConnects with groups large and small - charismatic and engagingGreat leadership capabilities \xe2\x80\x93 loves mentoring, connecting & inspiringStrong English language skills preferredHow We Get Things Done\xe2\x80\xa6This last bit is probably the most important!
