Job Description
- Design, Implement and drive the IT strategy and its alignment to the overall business strategy across different regions and keep the Group competitive
- Design and develop a robust IT infrastructure to promote quality service delivery
- Lead and drive business-wide digital transformation to create value and address the needs of the company, its people and clients
- Build a strong culture of innovation and make sure the future road-map for the business increases its competitive position in the market
- Minimum 15 year\'s experience with at least 10 years in leadership role
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other relevant field
- Strong in people and stakeholder management
- In-depth knowledge of data administration and management processes
- Highly analytical with superb problem-solving skills
- Savvy with technology trends and embraces innovation
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
