In charge of all branch manager (AMK, Kovan, Tampines) . Managing students . Providing the best customer service to the customers . Front desk including the administrative, receptionist and cashiering duties . Publishing, promoting and managing our social media accounts . Training interen . Increasing sales [Qualification requirement] : . Able to speak fluent English . Able to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) . Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree [Preferential] : . Someone who has experience in customer service, or worked in a relevant industry, such as tuition centre, hotel etc. . Responsible person . Someone who is kind and can get along with the staff . Excel license holder or someone who knows how to use google well [Work and wage conditions] : Work type: Full-time (3 months of internship, followed by full-time offer) Working Hours: Internship (3 months): 6 days a week (fixed Mondays off) After Internship: 5 days a week. (fixed Mondays and another 1 off on weekday) Jeong-in TKD Opening Hours: Weekdays (Tue-Fri) 2PM-9:30PM / Weekends (Sat) 8:30AM-7PM, (Sun) 8:30AM-5:30PM Entitled rest days: Every Mondays and Public holidays [Benefit after probation] : . Commission pay every 3 months . Medical and Insurance Coverage [Salary] : . Probation (3 months) : $2000 .
