JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise day to day operational work flow of the department. Process and analyze clinical specimens from collection to reporting to physicians.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time daily (48 hours/week).
• Wear scrub suit, laboratory coat and close-toed shoes.
• Proper hair grooming (Hair neatly cut, tied; pony tail or bun).
• Training and over-all supervision of all Medical Technologists.
• Assignment of section and by-monthly schedule.
• Ensure the prudent and accurate use of Bizbox Hospital Information System used for billing patients and recording results.
• Record inventory monthly and as needed.
• Order and accept delivery of reagents and supplies.
• Evaluates and recommends new machines, reagents and supplies.
• Prepare annual reports.
• Prepare application of laboratory license to operate.
• Safekeeping of all laboratory records and manuals.
• Performance and recording of National External Quality Assessment Scheme (NEQAS ).
• Recheck abnormal results obtained by a JMT or SMT.
• Report unresolved cases and critical values to the Laboratory consultant or pathologist as deemed necessary.
• Oversee maintenance and cleaning of equipments periodically.
• Read endorsements on the endorsement logbook daily and perform intervention as deemed necessary.
• Review Quality Manual and Work Instructions annually.
• Performance of all other duties of a medical technologist as needed.
• Encourage teamwork among co-workers.
• Any task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements:

• Must be a registered Medical Technologist by the PRC.
• Must have 3-4 years of experience in the same capacity.
• Computer Literate.
• Must have a sense of ownership and can do multi tasking
• Flexble and hardworking
• With sense of confidentiality
• Must be keen to details

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pulilan, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
