Description

As the Chief of Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to ethical conduct, legal compliance, and responsible business practices. You will be responsible for creating and leading a robust compliance program that ensures the highest standards of integrity throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance strategy tailored to our global operations.
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure compliance with international and local laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with various business units to assess and mitigate compliance risks.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews to identify and address areas of concern.
• Foster a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compliance matters.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s Degree in finance, law, business with at least 20 years\' post graduation experience
• Experience leading sizable teams and demonstrated track record in stakeholder management, good understanding of complex businesses and ability to influence internal/ external stakeholders
• Extensive experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international compliance laws and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and build a culture of compliance.
