As Chief Of Staff, your main mission is to drive key strategic initiatives at Coda Payments. Serving as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and executive team, you will be instrumental in helping to shape and refine key business reporting and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the CEO and executive team across the company, develop and support key company initiatives to ensure alignment with investors\' objectives.
• Establish strong relationships with current investors including managing regular communication and coordinating meetings.
• Participate and lead key internal and external meetings, developing agendas and pre- and post-meeting materials to drive rigor and follow-through in decision-making.
• Manage all reporting requirements which includes creating compelling, persuasive informational materials for both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide thought leadership by acting as an advisor in reviewing business plans and goals in alignment with the overall company strategy.
• Oversee day-to-day operations which includes delivering and implementing key actions, communications, and initiatives directed by the CEO and COO.

Requirements

• 7 years of relevant working experience in management consulting, a strategy role, or a similar role in a tech start-up.
• A deep understanding of the gaming, payment, and fintech industries is highly preferred.
• Strong track record of making sound decisions backed by excellent judgment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and operating with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, highly organized, and can successfully manage various processes across teams and projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and culturally diverse environment.
• English fluency is required.
• MBA preferred but not required.
