Job Description


:Key Responsibilities

  • Be a key partner to the Group CEO and to the leadership team. Be part of the management team and lead the local market\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day operations growth, transformation and success.
  • Be an advisor coach current and future leaders across all the agencies, drive retention and performance, build the right culture and an inclusive environment, promote the right behaviours and values inside the agencies, and across the Groupe.
  • Implement the Group business strategy in terms of talent management and help achieve the strategic priorities for the Region:
  • Talent acquisition \xe2\x80\x93 implement and lead a powerful and centralised Talent acquisition practice, organising for the Groupe campus recruitment, volume recruitment and senior hires / executive search; deliver high standards and cost efficiency.
  • Onboarding \xe2\x80\x93 ensure that the company is sourcing and onboarding the right capabilities, with strong induction program, to contribute to the Group\xe2\x80\x99s strength and culture.
  • Efficient HR Operations \xe2\x80\x93 drive centralisation and harmonisaton across HR operations, contracts, benefits, and processes. Establish HR \xe2\x80\x99brilliant basics\xe2\x80\x99 across the organisation and the region, with professional Employee Relations capabilities in all business units.
  • Compensation and Benefits - organise with the support of your senior Talent partners all employee compensation review following Groupe policies and processes.
  • Feedback \xe2\x80\x93 drive a culture and system where all employees have clear feedback on their performance and potential.
  • Learning & Development \xe2\x80\x93 develop and deliver formal and informal learning platforms and programs to establish strong managerial culture and new capabilities.
  • Performance Evaluation / HR Reporting \xe2\x80\x93 measure (using HR Data and dashboard) and assess how the talent function impacts the business performance and culture. Lead all HR reporting.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) \xe2\x80\x93 champion responsible behaviours and ensure that the policies of the Groupe are adhered to and that it is making a positive contribution to the industry and the communities it belongs to.
In order to do so, you will be expected to :
  • Work closely with the Global Talent team to create and lead a strategic talent plan, supported by an efficient talent/HR organisation, and impactful talent teams, empowered by world class capabilities supporting the local and the global talent requirements in your market.
  • Lead a \xe2\x80\x98Talent First\xe2\x80\x99 culture, rolling out a practical plan driving talent engagement, supporting D&I and all employees mental health and well-being.
  • Lead a diverse range of talent management activities across all agencies with a special focus on employer branding, recruitment, performance and talent management, as well as training and development.
  • Implement and leverage best-in-class initiatives, harmonising programs and systems, eliminating duplication, driving efficiencies and alignment across all talent work-streams (people management & development, talent acquisition, L&D, talent operations) with shared centres of excellence, meeting both Groupe and market compliance standards.
  • Propose a Talent prospecting and acquisition plan to attract best \xe2\x80\x98future facing\xe2\x80\x99 and transformative talent. Manage executive hires, performance plans and exits. Develop succession planning and retention strategies, to motivate, grow and retain critical talent.
  • Support the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Model by promoting collaboration and talent sharing, a spirit of \xe2\x80\x98Interdependency\xe2\x80\x99 across the Solutions and the Brands.
  • Nurture the spirit of \xe2\x80\x98One\xe2\x80\x99 talent community, a connected team of professionals, learning from each other, sharing the same ambition to be the most progressive, trusted, innovative and impactful talent function in the industry.
  • Harmonize the processes and policies across the agencies with a talent management fostering best practices, fairness and fluid internal mobility. Ensure compliance with Groupe values and Talent management guidelines.
  • Develop the Group\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand in your market - define and promote the Group\xe2\x80\x99s branding internally and externally. Work on the local Groupe\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x98story\xe2\x80\x99 and Employee value proposition. Propose a Talent acquisition communications plan to engage with critical audiences, from campus to specialised talent.
  • Be a thought leader recognised across [insert name of the country] and frequently featured in the larger media, digital and advertising communities.

  • Proven leadership in building and executing a vision for HR operations, talent management and transformation across large complex and global organisations.
  • Business oriented, strong strategic skills as well as organisational \xe2\x80\x93 track record for acting as a business partner with top management.
  • Strong ability in talent management, recruiting and leadership, compensation and employee relations.
  • Emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholder relationships - a strong customer service mentality and high degree of integrity.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful, financial and data-driven approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to think strategically and build systems and processes for effective talent acquisition and management across the organisation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent in English.
SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • Build world class central units supporting all Brands and services in the market: Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and EVP, Talent Operations/Comp&Ben.
  • Create a harmonized company, aligning staff policies, salary review processes, benchmarking, compensation and benefits packages, in partnership with the Solutions and Brand Finance and HR teams.
  • Create a strong HR Data reporting capability, providing accurate, comprehensive and on-time reporting to the local leadership team and the global talent team, feeding global HR dashboards. Use this data to inform market talent strategy and fuel agility.
  • Establish and lead an efficient talent model, cost effective and impactful, supporting the business needs and leveraging on each Brand and solutions\xe2\x80\x99 best practices.
  • Manage turnover with effective talent management and retention programs.
  • Foster collaboration and connection across the Group.
