Carry out analysis of an organization’s IT structure to identify operational leaks and effect strategies for improved processes.
Conduct inspections to ensure IT equipment and workstations are operational.
Leading the tackling of technical problems and continuously improving the decentralization system and other relevant systems.
Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings.
Identify, compare, select, and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics.
Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
Ensure the availability of required hardware, software, and other tools necessary for the delivery of high-quality IT service.

Requirements:-

Degree or above, with years of work experience in IT/Blockchain related projects/product environment.
Hands-on experience with complex project management.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
