Job Description
Responsibilities
Define and execute technical strategies to drive innovation and growth. Oversee product and service development, ensuring quality standards and effective operational management. Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams to achieve organizational goals. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration on technical initiatives. Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption where relevant. Undertake other ad-hoc responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 7 years of hands-on technical experience in software development, with 3-5 years in senior management. Proven success as a CTO or senior technology leader. Strong operational expertise with experience in technical management from an operations perspective. * Demonstrated leadership skills with extensive experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
