- Responsible for implementing and execution of classroom and outdoor activities and ensuring a safe, conducive learning environment for the children
- Complete lesson evaluations/reflection
- Communicate with families on their child\'s progress and development
- Maintain proper children\'s record & prepare child\'s portfolio for Parent Teacher Conference (PTC)
- Maintain record keeping for centre\'s operation purpose - audit, licensing, tracking, monitoring.
- Active participation and sharing of ideas, suggestions, learning, concerns and challenges during meetings
- Provide coverage duties for staff on leave and other adhoc duties.
- Plan and carry out events, excursions, workshops, collaborations with community, etc.
- At least Diploma in Early Childhood or its equivalent
