  • Plan, upgrade and implement the curriculum to ensure a well-run, purposeful, engaging and child-centred programme responsive to children\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • Work with staff to create a learner-centred environment where children can explore, experiment, and interact to learn.
  • Provide leadership and management of School and staff - recruit, hire, train and evaluate all staff members. To provide a positive work environment.
  • Provide staff development in curriculum and standards.
  • Develop master schedule and oversee/coordinate scheduling processes.
  • Communicate the vision of the school to all stakeholders, be an active listener and to maintain cooperative professional relationships.
  • Monitor and maintain consistent standards for student behaviour.
  • Maintain consistent standards of health and food services for the children.
  • Oversee and supervise the maintenance of all facilities and equipment, identify and plan for future facilities needs
  • Establish good relationships with parents as partners in care and education.
  • Coordinate community activities and involvement.
  • Enforcement of all SOPs and ensure compliance with all current legislations.
  • Liaising with ECDA and other relevant agencies on administrative issues, including Baby bonus and subsidies.
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the daily operations.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
