Provide leadership and management of School and staff - recruit, hire, train and evaluate all staff members. To provide a positive work environment.
Provide staff development in curriculum and standards.
Develop master schedule and oversee/coordinate scheduling processes.
Communicate the vision of the school to all stakeholders, be an active listener and to maintain cooperative professional relationships.
Monitor and maintain consistent standards for student behaviour.
Maintain consistent standards of health and food services for the children.
Oversee and supervise the maintenance of all facilities and equipment, identify and plan for future facilities needs
Establish good relationships with parents as partners in care and education.
Coordinate community activities and involvement.
Enforcement of all SOPs and ensure compliance with all current legislations.
Liaising with ECDA and other relevant agencies on administrative issues, including Baby bonus and subsidies.
Overseeing the smooth running of the daily operations.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
