Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1) The Teacher is always to supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children, being alert for the needs and/or problems of the children as individuals and as a group.
2) The Teacher needs to assist Lead Teacher in any way possible, which may
include, but is not necessarily limited to:
- Plan curriculum in detail for assigned classes
- Implement the daily program for assigned classes
- Decorate the room with bulletin boards, pictures, children’s artwork, and other hangings
- Prepare snack and sit with children while they eat
- Keep classroom, storage rooms, and bathroom clean, neat, and orderly
- To prepare teaching aids for lesson planned
- To assist in the preparation of newsletters
Requirements 1. Must possess a relevant Early Childhood Education Diploma / Degree or higher. 2. Must be registered and certified with ECDA L2 [(2L) or (MT)]. 3. Must be able to plan and conduct lessons in Mandarin. 4. Good interpersonal skill. 5. Candidates with past relevant experience is a plus.
