Chinese Education Consultant
Job Description
?Responsibilities?Be the forefront in managing customers' enquiries and expectations;Handle mandarin speakers student registration, payment, class scheduling, and attendance ;Drive student enrolment by promoting the benefits of language learning Work closely with teachers to understand the progress of the students ;Identify and recommend course curriculum that is tailored to customers' needs and objectives.Actively seek, follow up and close on sales leads;Work towards achieving service excellence and to meet centre sales target;Collect and review quality feedback from customers to improve sales;Responsible for administrative duties including maintaining database records and sales data analysis;Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school manager.?Requirement?Proficient in Google G suiteAt least 1-2 years of in sales or/and customer service is an added advantage.Good communication skillsConsultant to serve Chinese students, knowledge of Chinse is essential?Position Level?Entry or Junior Level?Job Highlights?Wonderful Working Culture and EnvironmentMedical BenefitAnnual Leave, Public HolidaysNear MRT station, Centrally LocatedWork on Monday to Friday, alternatively on Saturdays.?Salary Range?$1600-$2200Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $1,600.00 - $2,200.00 per monthBenefits:
