::

• Deliver engaging and interactive Chinese Speech and Drama lessons, as well as Mandarin classes, tailored for preschool children.
• Collaborate in curriculum planning and development to ensure alignment with educational objectives.
• Monitor and meticulously document students\' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback where necessary.
• Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their children\'s progress and achievements in class.
• Play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational advancement of the school.
• Participate in a minimum of 2 mandatory training sessions per term to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Utilize Class Dojo Application to provide regular updates and insights to parents after eachlesson.

Qualifications:Job Requirements

• Hold a tertiary education qualification, certification in Mandarin education, Chinese Speech and Drama, or equivalent.
• Possess a minimum of one year of relevant teaching experience, specifically with children aged 3 to 6 years old.
• Previous experience and training in Chinese language instruction, music and movement, as well as speech and drama, are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated passion for education, particularly with preschool-aged children, with apreference for candidates enthusiastic about arts and drama.
• Required to work on 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
• Excellent command of Mandarin, with fluency in both spoken and written forms. Strong communication skills and effective classroom management abilities are essential.
