CHURCH MANAGER PASIR PANJANG HILL BRETHREN CHURCH Key enabler for effective running of the ministries, mission and pastoring of God\xe2\x80\x99s household Organization Overview The Pasir Panjang Hill Brethren Church family comprises about 500 members (English & Chinese congregations) with growing youth and children ministries. We have a strong mission focus, seeking to serve both our local and overseas communities. Our Mission: To bring people to Jesus and Membership in His church, develop them to Christ-like Maturity, and equip them for Ministry in the church and life Mission in the world, in order to Magnify God\xe2\x80\x99s name. Job Summary The Church Manager is an important team member managing the overall office operations and working with the pastors and ministry heads to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of church operations. He/she is supported by a church secretary and cleaner. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manges daily office operations, develops and maintains policies and procedures for efficiency, effectiveness and good governance \xc2\xb7 Manges procurement, and relationships vendors and other external agencies \xc2\xb7 Oversee proper maintenance and upkeep of church facilities and equipment \xc2\xb7 Coordinates usage of Church premises & events \xc2\xb7 Oversee finance administration including payments, offering collections, monthly accounts, financial reports; Prepare & coordinate annual budget and year-end audit \xc2\xb7 Oversee HR and other general office administration \xc2\xb7 Manges secretarial matters e.g. preparation of AGM and resolutions, filing with ROS of annual reports \xc2\xb7 Other operations & logistics support to Senior Pastor/Pastors and ministry leaders as required Requirements \xc2\xb7 Preferably degree holder in one of the related areas of work \xc2\xb7 At least 5 years work experience in the related areas \xc2\xb7 A good team player with good interpersonal relations and resourceful \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills \xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Some experience in finance administration or accounting preferred \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and preferably accounting software Applications All applications will be kept confidential.
