Brief Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routing, and switching).

• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

• Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.

• Implement network changes, upgrades, and optimizations in line with industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT and business requirements.

• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and incidents.

• Ensure compliance with network security policies and standards.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent preferred.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Switching (VLAN, STP, Trunking, Port Security, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP).

• Experience in configuring and managing Cisco/Juniper/Aruba or equivalent enterprise networking devices.

• Hands-on Experience with Cisco ISE and F5 Load balancers

• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and general IP addressing.

Good to Have Skills:

• Working knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, etc.).

• Familiarity with network security concepts (IDS/IPS, VPNs, Zero Trust, etc.).

• Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.

• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
