Job Description

in-charge of all Civil Works Construction from review of design, estimation of cost and evaluation of MMP In-House Projects.1. Reviews and prepares designs, estimates and determines quantity take off, specifications, pert CPM (Contract Project Management) and scheduling of all MMP Park project proposals.2. Conducts field survey, inspects for topography, drainage, roads systems and provide data for engineering project.3. Canvasses materials needed for the construction and projects.4. Reanalyzes and reevaluate the project proposals designs, specification and plans for any changes observed during the pre-construction site inspection.5. Assists in coordinating with the different government agencies to apply for certification and permits of the projects.6. Assists the Construction and Development Manager and/or Construction and Development Assistant Manager during the bidding and awarding of project to authorized MMP Contractors.7. Performs project site inspection from time to time to ensure that specifications and schedule of construction are being followed.8. Prepares reports and updates of the assigned projects to be presented during the Construction Committee Meeting and/or Board Meetings.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From Php25,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Experience:

• Civil Engineering: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PRC License (CE) (Required)
• Professional driver's license (Required)
