Job Description
We are searching for a reliable civil engineer to join our team. He will be tasked to supervise the construction activities, manage the budget and project resources. He will plan, implement and monitor the work schedules on the site and ensure that all work activities are done safely. He must possess good leadership capabilities and be willing to work long hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- to review construction plans and to prepare the quantity requirements
- to prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
- manage the projects to ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements
- to keep a record for any changes in design and update the budgets
- to manage the costs of a budget and resources to ensure timely project completion
- to liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- knows how to motivate team members and develop their skills
