The proposed personnel shall have minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil engineer, of which at least two (2) years shall be supervision of NATM.
The proposed personnel shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.
The proposed personnel shall also be accredited as Resident Engineer (RE) under IES/ACES Accreditation Programme.
They shall meet the required minimum hours of work per month - Base Monthly Work Hours which shall be computed based on fifty-six (56) hours a week
