Part-time/Full-Time Civil Project Intern About ConcreteAI ConcreteAI is a Singapore-based construction technology company and a deep tech spinoff from NUS. ConcreteAI mission is to bring real-time data and critical insights to the construction industry through AI and IoT-based technologies to drive higher productivity and empower sustainability. ConcreteAI is backed by Enterprise Singapore, NUS GRIP, accelerator Iterative.vc and others. We are looking for talented and self-driven Civil Project Interns to join the team on the mission to digitalize the construction industry. Roles Description As a Project Intern, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be joining a team of like-minded, fun & creative individuals transforming a traditional space. We are looking for an independent go-getter with a passion for project deployment and business development. You will be very involved in driving Client Happiness across ConcreteAI\xe2\x80\x99s Network of builders and helping to better the construction at various sites. If you share the same passion, want to make impactful contributions to the traditional industry, and want to learn about new technologies, then we would love to meet you. This role will be open to both Full-Time and Part-Time (3 full days/week) Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing, generating and strategizing documents and processes for successful project deployment
• Assist the founding team in projects, onboarding and operations
• Analyze collected data on concrete strength and temperature to generate insights related to productivity and sustainability
• Effectively communicate and present ConcreteAI\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition to potential clients and partners
• Visit construction sites to provide technical support and insights as required periodically
• Generate records and report of trials
• Curate monthly marketing materials to share insights
• Take actions to improve current product for better user experience

Requirements and Qualification

• Excited and passionate to work in the construction industry
• Strong planning and execution skills
• Attention to details and strong problem-solving skills
• Crazy about problem-solving and internally motivated
• Background in Civil Engineering or related
