Two (2) Positions available: Junior or Senior Role

BASIC SALARY: of $5,000(JUNIOR) to $9,000 (SENIOR)

Working location: North-East (Tai Seng)

5 days' work week (8.30am to 6pm)

Civil & Structural (Industrial / Commercial / Building Project)

Job Responsibilities:

Depending on your experience level, your scope may include:

Design & Technical Work (All Levels):

Perform structural analysis and design for RC and steel structures in compliance with Eurocodes and SS EN. Develop and review drawings, specifications, and calculation reports. Use structural design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE). Coordinate with architectural, M&E, and construction teams.

Senior-Level Responsibilities May Include:

Lead and manage the C&S design scope from concept through construction stages. Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers. Drive value engineering, constructability, and safety-in-design strategies. Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders. Support tenders with design input, calculations, and review. Represent the C&S discipline in meetings and on-site when needed.

Requirements:

Junior Engineers:

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 1-3 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects.

Senior Engineers:

5+ years of experience in structural or C&S design, preferably in industrial/commercial building projects. Strong leadership, coordination, and mentoring skills. Proficiency in design software and good working knowledge of local codes and submission processes.
