COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.



DESIGNATION : Civil & Structural Site Supervisor (LTA Projects)



RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily site construction activities, ensuring that all civil and structural works are executed safely and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications involving cycling path construction, erection of low and high covered linkway, widening of junctions, diversion of drains, relocation of services. Oversee and inspect reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and finishing works for quality and compliance. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely progress and resolve site issues. Conduct quality checks, site inspections, and maintain accurate site records, reports, and photo documentation. Monitor material deliveries, manpower allocation, and progress of construction activities. Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and ensure all site personnel adhere to safety protocols. Assist in preparation of daily and weekly progress reports and attend site coordination meetings.




QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in civil and structural construction works for LTA commuter facility infrastructure projects. Possess Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate and other relevant trade certifications. Strong understanding of structural drawings, rebar detailing, and concrete works. Good knowledge of LTA construction standards and procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
