Job Description

The Claims and Support Project Officer supports the management team and performs project-re3lated functions.Job Duties: . Prepare reports on the installation of telecommunication networks . Assist project coordinators/ Engineers/ Managers in the implementation of the project . Knowledge of the draw of simple diagrams using designated software will be an advantage . Communicate claims decisions clearly. . Prepare reports on claims administration. . Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of project completion reports and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. . Support the coordination and management of communications . Undertake any other ad-hoc projects/duties assigned . Data entry of claims . Other ad-hoc dutiesJob Requirements: . Have relevant working experience . Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint . Able to commence work on a short notice period. . Outgoing with good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for engaging with both internal and external parties to support project-related activities.
