JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Support with Insurance claims processing within the required timeline and accurate documentations in the system;
Ensure proper verifications and screening of medical bills in-line with policy information;
Support claim officers in the requisition for payments on approved claims;
Work closely with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements as and when required;
Ensure all actions taken are according to business and regulatory compliance guidelines and highlight any potential concerns/risk promptly;
Maintain high levels of awareness on regulatory standards and trends to understand the risk and best practices;
Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

Diploma/ Degree holder or Professional Insurance Certificate with at least 1 year of relevant accident and health claims experience;
Prior experience in life claims will be an added advantage;
Strong analytical, written and communication skills;
Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
