Job Description


JOB DESCRIPTION:-

  • Support with Insurance claims processing within the required timeline and accurate documentations in the system;
  • Ensure proper verifications and screening of medical bills in-line with policy information;
  • Support claim officers in the requisition for payments on approved claims;
  • Work closely with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements as and when required;
  • Ensure all actions taken are according to business and regulatory compliance guidelines and highlight any potential concerns/risk promptly;
  • Maintain high levels of awareness on regulatory standards and trends to understand the risk and best practices;
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
  • Diploma/ Degree holder or Professional Insurance Certificate with at least 1 year of relevant accident and health claims experience;
  • Prior experience in life claims will be an added advantage;
  • Strong analytical, written and communication skills;
  • Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
