Claims Associate (tanjong Pagar C)
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:1) Verify correctness and completeness of assessments and supporting documents submitted by applicants;
2) Verify applicant\xe2\x80\x99s eligibility criteria according to the policies for various grants/schemes;
3) Verify that details on assessments and applications are captured accurately in the system against the submitted documents;
4) Liaise with assessors and applicants on any queries pertaining to the assessments/ applications submitted via phone call or email;
5) Record and reply enquires from applicants and notify applicants with incomplete and ineligible application outcome.Period:
- 2 year contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
- Tanjong Pagar
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
- Up to $3100 + PB
2) Must uphold strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information
3) Meticulous and detail oriented;
