Job Description
- Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
- Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
- AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
- Handling the processing of claim applications.
- Engaging in communication with clients and insurers regarding claim-related issues.
- Swiftly addressing escalated inquiries related to claims.
- Managing policy administration and responding to inquiries regarding policy coverage.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with both insurers and clients.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Insurance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience or knowledge in claims processing is considered a valuable asset.
Working Hours Monday - Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM
Salary From S$3,000.00 to S$4,000.00
