Job Description

Singlife with Aviva is looking for an Executive to join their Claims Management Team. If you have what it takes to contribute towards claims management in an evolving healthcare landscape, you may be the person we are looking for!
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and process outpatient claims from both hardcopy and electronic claim submissions.
- Handle follow-ups on claims with unsuccessful bank transfers.
- Request and follow-up on the creation of insured members and medical service providers for affected claims.
- Prepare claim settlement letters and scan claims documents to shared drive.
- Update Statements of Accounts relating to hospital bills settlements.
- Manage and reply emails for common mailboxes.
- Following up with clinics/ hospital for enquiries on billing details.
- Completed Health Insurance Certificate, M5 & M9
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 3 years of Claims Experience in both Medical products
- Good Microsoft Office Skills (e.g Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills and highly energetic.
- An individual who is results oriented.
- An individual with an open and growth mindset, and willing to step up beyond the call-of-duty.
