Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors/College degree at any field.
- Knowledge on CRM workflow and CBS, preferred but not required
- Background on non-life insurance claims, preferred
- 2-3 years of experience doing insurance settlements claims and disputes
- Has experience on facing or contacting to customer/client directly
- High English Communication and Written Skills
- General insurance claims experience
- Have offshoring experience or have worked in the Insurance Broking Industry
- With experience in Motor claims (as the role would entail managing of approximately 200 active claims)
- Have experience liaising with broker, client and insurer
- Advise Client of claim process and policy coverage via email or phone
- Appoint contractors on behalf of client where required via email or phone
- Keep client informed of claim progress via email or phone
- Manage claims administration in a timely manor
- Manage claims administration with accuracy
- Utilise both CRM and CBS Web Client and Claims Database
- Ensure claims database is updated
- Ensure diaries are updated and actioned
- Maintain clear and concise claim notes
- Expected to complete administrative, and general tasks as required.
- Claims managed in timely manner in line with KPI
- Claims managed with accuracy in line with KPI
- 8 hour shift
- Australian Insurance: 1 year (Required)
