Job Description
:
- All Work Injury Compensation claims.
- Claim processing including data entry and assessment.
- To attend MOM and any work injury related meeting.
- To conduct investigation as necessary.
- To negotiate settlement with claimants and/or solicitors.
- To provide administrative support to prepare monthly statistics and report.
- To manage telephone enquiries and complaints and attend to walk-in-claimants.
- To provide claims handling service to clients and business partners.
- To be the liaison with any authority as required under the scope
- Any other jobs assigned by the Company
- Claim handling experience: 5 years and above.
- Experience with WIC claims in an insurance company setting will be an added advantage.
- Customer centric, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Certificate in Health Insurance, Commercial General insurance, Personal General Insurance is a must
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with the English and Mandarin Speaking Associates and also, to negotiate settlement with English and Mandarin speaking solicitors.
