Claims Specialist (travel, Non Motor Claims)

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle claims such as travel claims and non-motor claims from notification to closure.
- Process and review the company\'s liability and settle claims in accordance with claim department\'s guidelines and authority limit.
- Create and implement claims strategies considering uncertainties, key decisions, and potential outcomes.
- Perform file reviews or audit and assist in the resolution of any issues.
- Identify process improvements, give feedback to reduce rework or errors and escalate any blockages to the head of department when needed.
- Diploma and above
- GI Certified
- At least 3 years of travel/non-motor claims experience in the Insurance industry.
