Clean Engineer (wet Clean/cmp)

Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for new equipment set up and installation
- Monitor process stability to trigger early detection of process deviation
- Process improvement and optimization to enhance on quality, cost reduction and productivity
- Plan, develop and implement effective preventive maintenance program
- Monitor cleaning machine daily check and process parameters
- Maintaining of process instruction
- Training of production technicians on procedure and work instruction
- Support and assist other departments when needed
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior
- Degree in Electronics / Mechanical / Engineering or any other equivalent discipline
- 2 years of working experience in Mask, Wafer or HDD Media industrial
- Proficient in DOE, FMEA, SPC is advantageous
- Candidate with wet-bench experience is highly ideal
- Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 830 am to 530 pm
- Basic salary - $2800 - $4500 (depends on experience) +Meal Allowance +Transport Allowance +AWS+VB
- Work location: Tampines ((Company transport provided - Marsiling, Woodlands, Boon Lay, Bukit Gombak, Choa Chu Kang, Tampines and other areas)
