About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible

Cleaning Supervisor

to oversee and manage cleaning operations at our office premises around Bukit Merah area. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership in his cleaning duties and also possesses leadership abilities to support and guide a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily office cleaning operations to maintain high cleanliness standards. Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to ensure all areas are kept clean and well-maintained, ensuring that safety standards and protocols are enforced. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance with hygiene standards. Develop cleaning schedules and allocate duties. Provide guidance to team members. Assist in the onboarding process and in-house training of new cleaners to ensure cleaning standards are upheld. Ensure proper use and care of PPE, cleaning equipment and supplies. Report maintenance issues and ensure safety standards are observed at all times.

Requirements

Prior experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

5 days work week (Monday to Friday) 7am to 4pm Bonus 7 days Annual leaves 60 days hospitalization leaves (including 14 days medical leave)
